IPKL League: Kabaddi Takes Another Step Forward in Europe

Kabaddi continues to grow beyond England, with the sport reaching new audiences and creating opportunities for players across Europe.

The first IPKL League hosted in the Netherlands marks another important milestone in the development of European kabaddi. Players from England are also taking part in the league, showcasing the growing strength and reach of English kabaddi on the European stage.

I am honoured to attend the event as a VIP alongside President Mr Ashok Das, witnessing first-hand how kabaddi is developing across Europe.

The growth of kabaddi outside England is particularly significant. Through the efforts of the England Kabaddi Association, the sport has been seeded and promoted across Europe, helping create a foundation for its continued development.

What was once a growing vision is now beginning to flourish, with more players, leagues and countries becoming involved.

From England to Europe, kabaddi is growing. The journey has only just begun.
