Acts as the primary authority on all player-related regulatory matters.

Officials Manager

Leads the recruitment, certification, and ongoing development of referees and technical officials. Establishes officiating standards and training programmes aligned with best practice and frameworks from bodies such as the International Kabaddi Federation. Responsible for match appointments, performance monitoring, and resolving officiating matters to ensure fair and consistent conduct of matches.

Deputy Officials Manager

Supports the Officials Manager in the recruitment, coordination, and development of referees and technical officials. Assists with match appointments, officiating standards, and match-day operations to ensure the smooth and professional conduct of all league fixtures. Works closely with officials to maintain consistency, fairness, and adherence to league regulations.

Logistics Manager

Oversees all logistical planning and delivery, including travel, accommodation, and venue coordination for players, officials, and staff. Develops detailed logistics plans and contingency arrangements to ensure smooth operations.
Works closely with venues and operations teams to guarantee timely set-up and delivery of all match-day requirements.

Head of Marketing

Leads the overall marketing strategy for the league, overseeing brand development, promotional campaigns, and audience growth. Responsible for planning and delivering integrated marketing initiatives across digital, media, and on-ground channels. Manages the social media function and wider marketing team, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and fan engagement. Works closely with operations, events, and community engagement to maximise visibility, attendance, and commercial opportunities for the league.

Deputy Social Media Manager

Supports the delivery of the league’s digital communications strategy across all platforms under the direction of the Head of Marketing, Sujita. Assists in planning and creating engaging content, including match updates, player features, and promotional campaigns. Contributes to live match coverage and monitors engagement metrics to help optimise reach and audience growth, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

Operations Manager

Acts as the central coordinator for all league operations. Develops operational plans, timelines, and workflows, ensuring alignment across departments. Oversees match-day delivery, resolves operational challenges, and ensures that all activities are executed efficiently and to a professional standard. Serves as the key point of coordination between the association and franchises.

Event Manager

Responsible for planning and delivering all event-related aspects of the league, including match-day presentation, fan engagement, and on-site coordination. Works closely with operations and marketing teams to create a high-quality spectator experience. Manages event schedules, supplier coordination, and ensures the smooth delivery of ceremonies, entertainment, and in-venue activities.

Head Coach & Talent Manager

Leads the development and implementation of training programmes and performance standards for players. Oversees talent identification and scouting initiatives, ensuring a strong player pathway for the league. Provides technical guidance to franchises and supports player development throughout the season. Plays a key role in maintaining high-performance standards across the competition.

Public Relations & Community Engagement Manager
David Viner
Leads community engagement and grassroots promotion of kabaddi across schools, colleges, universities, and other sporting organisations. Develops outreach programmes, builds partnerships, and drives initiatives to increase participation and awareness of the sport. Acts as a key link between the league and the wider community, ensuring consistent and positive representation of kabaddi at all levels.

Player Welfare Manager

Responsible for supporting the wellbeing, welfare, and overall player experience throughout the league season. Acts as a key point of contact for player concerns, providing guidance and support where required. Works closely with team management and league officials to ensure players are supported both on and off the mat, promoting a safe, professional, and positive environment for all participants.
